Labels do not define you. Whether you’re suffering from Social Anxiety Disorder, ADHD, Autism, Clinical Depression, Bipolar Disorder, BPD, Schizophrenia etc. It’s just a label, and does not reflect your worth as a person. People who are ignorant, judgmental or uneducated on what mental health is do not deserve a place in your life. Your circle should be supportive, open minded and accepting otherwise, find a new circle.
